  • Lighting a room with no windows...

I've just modelled a scene of a room with no windows to try lighting it. I've run through Natty's photometric tutorial which was really great, but I couldn't get the warmth in the room I wanted. Can anyone suggest a way of lighting a room so it has lots of warm light, but you can see the spots casting their light on the walls? Vray lights don't seem to be up to it.

I'm pretty new to this so any help would be v helpful!

    Hi Mark
you can change the colour of the lights to a yellowy orange or a blue.
and it depends on what your floor texture's you use and wall colours i guess.
what u can do is use a couple of vray lights and produce a Photon map, which will look warmer and use the ies to get the affect you require.
