matte shadow

could you explain me how i can get shadows on a plane with vray vraymtwrapper
(i'm using 3dmax6)

You have to be using Vray Advanced (maybe basic), but not free that's for sure...
In the System settings for the object (System in Vray Render roll our) or the Material Wrapper there is a setting for Mattes. I am using free right now so I can't check, but the alpha contribution should be set to 1 when the default is -1. Play with it anyways....it's easy to figure out.
