  • Eliminating Flicker in Vray

I've created a tutorial on eliminating flicker/noise in Vray. It goes over render theory as it applies to Vray, and then proposes a workflow to progressively optimize a render.

The tutorial brings together a lot of other great work including Toni Bratinevic's Demystifying the DMC Sampler, Akin Bilgic's DMC calculator and Vray render optimization tutorial, as well as my own work on the subject.

My hope was to make this tutorial as accurate and authoritative as possible, but that ultimately needs to be a collaborative process. So at this point, I wanted to go "beta" with the tutorial and share it here with the community and get your input (that of course includes all you lovely folks from Chaos!). So if you see anything that is inaccurate (or even things that could be added to make it better) please post here so I can improve/update the tutorial.
