I have a problem with vray...when rendering the first few time it was ok, but when i tried to render with all the object and material it gave a very bright colourful patch....ill mail the image if anyone is intrested in helping...thanks[/img]

what materials are you using ?
make sure you have no raytrace at all .... or any metal shaders.

I finally got the problem solve, youre right...i didnt realise that 1 of the material was max 6 architecural material and had raytrace . nat, i just want to thank you for your tutorials especially the one with photometric and vray light. ive been teaching max and viz with discreet and autodesk...but this is my first time using vray....so im a little bit blur with the settings...i posted the image on cgarchitect...should be there tomorrow or the next. thanks again.Comment
