For full support of V-Ray for Blender you will need V-Ray Standalone 3.0 but unfortunately we will no longer create 32 bit builds.
We have Blender builds with V-Ray for 32 bit Windows but we haven't created separate 32 bit build for V-Ray Standalone 2.0. We could provide this build for you if you own V-Ray Standalone 2.0. Please drop us an email to support @ chaosgroup . com to arrange that with link to this thread.
If you want to use the demo version of V-Ray Standalone 2.0 please download V-Ray 2.0 demo for Maya from our web site. This installation includes V-Ray Standalone 2.0 demo. We have 32 and 64 bit versions.
