fog to horizon hdri image

Hallo, i have an hdri hemisphere, it' s possible realize a congiunction between the horizon line and a plane? like the vray plane?
Or the only way is the choice ofa shot for hiding the horizon line ?
I show 2 image for explain:

You could change the hemi to show the full sphere, and edit your HDRI to include a transition at the horizon (if it doesn't already)

Or you could just make the ground plane very large.
