How to turn on Blender Realtime Rendering?

Is there any V-Ray RT (Real Time Rendering) equivalent for Blender / V-Ray Stand Alone users? If yes, how do I set it up?

The answer appears to be yes from the following You Tube video, but I have no idea how to set it up and I cannot visit the author's site that he references for more information.

Okay, thanks. Any idea what I was watching on YouTube? Some kind of beta version? Should I be expecting it in the future?
