  • see through ceiling

There used to be a material that was transparant from one side and normal form the other side. Really nice for ceilings to make a topviewrendering and still have the ceiling blocking teh sunlight. I have an old scene where it still works but i cannot make it to work in a new scene. I exported the material and the v-ray settings but that made no difference.
Is ther a solution for this. Does this material exist at all in the latest version of v-ray?

    Regards, René

There is a new material option "only for secondary" - try this for the ceiling.

The material is SKP two sided. It should work in the new build too. Check the surface normal to see which face in pointing to the camera. That face should not have any material assigned in the SKP two sided.
