if i want override only the GI on the object, i have to put "override node" in Material or in Object??

If you put it in material you will override this particular material, if you put it in object you will override whole object (which could contain multiple materials).

maybe it's understandable....
i set the world node to have an hdri in the reflection channel, background black, and GI white.
the 3 ball have different material (it's look like the same, because is simply VRaymtl with reflect).
i would like that 1 sphere (the selected) take a red GI, i try this way but don't run...
i can use only environment node to make this function???

Your attachment is not found for some reason, anyway as far as I get your issue: "Override GI" in "Material Override" means which material to use for GI calculations not which environment to use. http://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/VFBlender/Override
