  • Render IR-Map in different Layers!!

    Hi Guys!!!

    It´s my old problem with the pre-calculated IR-Map in an fly through ani. My Question know: I have a ground plate, a sphere and a box for example. I have a fly through ani around the box and the sphere and i would fade out and fade in the sphere. How and above all who could i find and use the render layer? Can i say:" Renderlayer 1 = the box and i pre-calculate the IR-map and Renderlayer 2 = the sphere with calculate the singel frame?? And my Renderfinish is a Combusition all over Renderlayer1 and Renderlayer2 ???? Oida!!! (Sorry German-vocable) I think these topic is very complex, or???

    you could calculate an irraciance map with the sphere hidden and render that. then calculate an irradiance map with it in the scene and render that. then take them as two anims over to combustion and fade between them
