HDRI and Blender? How to setup right?

Hello guys,

i am pretty new to Blender, I just started a year ago with
C4D and 3DS, I switched to Blender now and I really like it.

But there are a couple of problems that I dont understand...

First of all, could please someone tell me how to set up
HDRI and Domlight correct, or maybe send me a tutorial ...

I googled the whole night for it, watched very bad youtube videos,
but still no working HDRI Domlight...
