Can anyone explain what does this option stands for?

Hm, I didn't know this was exposed in the UI, we should hide it.

Normally V-Ray shares image samples between adjacent pixels depending on the antialiasing filter. This option was an experiment to see what would happen if each pixel is sampled filtered completely separately from the rest. Sometimes this leads to less noisy motion blur and depth-of-field, but the results were really inconclusive as to whether this should be made available to users at all.

OK thanks Vlado for answer. So for now I should just leave it unchecked?
