Vray Blender aditional maps

Hi guys! I need your help. Please tell me how to add aditional maps to Vray material (If possible, with pictures)!

can you show some links with 3dsmax tutorial, or blender cycles what you whant to atcheve with those aditional maps?

But i need add all these maps :Glossiness, Reflection, Normal, Height, IOR, Specular from Substance Painter
