Make one in photoshop!
Takes like 5 minutes:
Start with square canvas, turn on grid and draw an angle gradient from center outwards. Then using round selection tool copy a circle.
Now you have a basic building block, just tile these circles however you want them and that's it.
When loading the map in vray, use gamma 1.0 instead of 2.2 for the texture.

Yea, that doesn't look exactly right for some reason.
What's up with the lighting in that scene? It looks just flat white light from all directions. This kind of setup really is not a good way to evaluate metallic shaders, you need some contrast- black/dark environment with brighter/smaller lights. Even if you need to show the final product on white, you should use some sort of reflection override or an invisible hdri to get a decent result.
Can you show me how it looks with better lighting?

It looks like the anisotropy is incorrect - the shine should come from center outward, while yours seems even and at an angle.
Can you give it a try with the map I posted earlier?

If it still looks wrong, maybe try changing the anisotropy axis (x y z)
Your goal is to get the reflections that look like hundreds of tiled pot lids
