    Hi,

    Object ID
Object Panel > Relations Tab > Pass Index

    Material ID
Directly inside the Standart Material node or you can use "Material ID" node too.

Thanks Leandro, I didn't see the option here ^^

For the render channel, Render ID and node ID work fine but antialiasing is bad.
Why the Color Channel > Render or Material ID is black on the render ? Because they have filtering an consider For AA option and it could help me to render a good and soft ID pass

yes, use "color channel" render channel node to enable AA filtering. Then select the channel you want from the drop down. Do that for each channel you want to add. (except denoiser has its own node.)

You dont need the latest Blender nightlies versions to use new options like denoiser, just update your exporter.
I'm using vrayblender3-2.77-19e2c7d-x86_64-windows.zip 10 Aug 20:02, and material assignments etc are fine.

Yes I used the vrayblender3-2.77-19e2c7d-x86_64-windows too and the vraystd_adv_34002_x64_vc11 .
But right now my problem is to render out a ID object and material with the Color Channel to use the AA option.

But as I said it render black, and I don't know why.

Material Id works fine with AA:

Thank you so much JuhaW ^^
So the Material ID of the shader just don't do nothing, I have to put a simple color by shader....

So for the Render ID I have to enter a number in the pass Index but it still black in the render pass.... Did I misse another tricks ?

Where I can find the latest vraystd_adv_34501_x64_vc91_hwlic_26961.rar ? I cant find more the 3.40.02 version in my download section of chaogroup website.

Latest Vray standalone nightlies are in "V-Ray 3.0 Standalone" folder.
I think "Material ID" values on shaders do nothing, only those "Material id colors".

Numerical IDs doesn't have the color information. Without the color information, the objectID or materialID channels will always be black.
As just ID numbers, they can be used in Multimatte channel where you can select what ID number (material or object) should output in Red, Green or Blue.

In materials, you can set a color and a number of the ID.
But in objects, you can only set the number of the ID. I believe the option to select the color of the ID is missing from object interface, so they are always exported as black.
