Volume Fog Light?

Is there a way to show light spot like in a fog?
I tried these nodes settings but without any success
IES doesn't work for me because I have no walls in a scene

I think you have your light node plugged into the wrong slot. It should be in the gizmo, not the container. Try something like this:
