light setup for a car tries to make me crazy!!! :cry:

Hello,

I am trying to render a black car. It is not the first time that I create a light setup. But it is difficult enough each time I do such a job.

Do you have any advice how to create a simple studio light-setup which works fine for a black car?

Due to the shaders strong reflectivity, everything depends on the right positions of lightboxes. But for me, this is a very difficult task!!!

Thank you Da_elf, but, yes, I knows these pictures and I have saved them on my local HD.

But I did not get eny good results while trying to copy the shown setup. Maybe because i would need to activate GI solutions. I try to deal without GI. It needs to long for large images and a lot of reflection/refraction, vray lights, etc..

But thank you very much, anyway!

How does it come that you know a few pictures which were shown on a german press website? Google?


I am very open for any other advice, link, picture, ect..
