Interior Rendering

Does anybody know any technique to get good quality rendering of an interior with only Revit lighting? I can't get rid of the blotchiness right now and need help. I've added a bunch of lights, intensified them to unreasonable strength yet nothing helps.

Hi Kraig,

Is this rendered in draft mode?
Are these materials native Revit materials or V-Ray ones?
It would be good if you can revise the lighting fixtures and make sure the light source is placed out of the lamp geometry.
