Blender + Vray Material

Hi everybody! Someone could help me. I use blender and cycles but i will would to use vray for blender, i don't understand clear how to build material with vray node editor. Is there any tutorials or courses? do you have any advice?

I have another question, I tried to use the displacement node as you see but it doesn't work, can you explain why?
Is it right put the node in Vray object node tree?
