  • Address to add Cosmos to firewall&security company whitelist

    Hi,
I've a problem when I open the Cosmos browser.
It gives me an error page.
I'm quite sure that the problem is that my company blocks some internet connections.

How could I check which address the cosmos browser trying to reach?
Without the internet address (with port) I'm unable to pass to my IT guys the needed information to solve this.

    Could you help me?
    thanks in advance

    Hi bardo,

There are two online properties to which you need to connect:
    • cosmos.chaos.com (for synching latest changes in content and styles)
    • Chaosgrop.com Sign in page (for login in as Chaos user)
So, these are the connections to allow: *.chaos.com, *.chaosgroup.com

    I hope that helped.

        Regards,
i had the same problem as Bardo
i put the two links you provided in the whitelist of my sophos firewall and now i can open the chaos cosmos but it keeps refreshing every 2 sec . like i cant select any category , it keeps directing me back to the home page when i try to reach any category or even if i didnt click on anything .

and of course it works perfect when disabling my sophos firewall protection .
and this is my whitelist links as provided in the attached image .
