Chaos Cosmos in v-ray opens up blank

Hello, when opening chaos cosmos within sketchup 2021 pro it opens blank without any assets showing. Is anyone else having the same issue.

Please forward us the cb.log file located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos so we can check for any errors printed. You can send it via our contact form, just make sure to mention this thread in the email. Have you tried re-installing to see if that changes anything? Have you made any changes recently? Looking forward to your reply.

I have sent the file you requested on the contact form as you requested. I have reinstalled the V-Ray software but the issue continues unfortunately.

I managed to resolve the issue.. I uninstalled Chaos Cosmos browser and V-Ray and this managed to sort out the issue. Thank you
