Cosmos Does Not Work Through Proxy Server

Hello,

So I have opened I think 2 support cases about this since the release of this product, and it still does not work with our proxy server. I am posting here with hopes to get some more attention on this problem, as the support cases automatically close too soon.

This is not rocket science.... so I do not understand why this is such a problem with Chaos. Your license server has the same problem BTW.

I looked at these issues. Unfortunately, based on the provided logs & configs there, I was about to advise you the same as our support team already did.

Can you please give us as much information as you can for your proxy server? How do you configure your other applications? I advise you to create a new issue in our support system and send us the information there (as it is sensitive).

Hi,
The ticket is still open, but has there been any progress on this? It would not be as big an issue if Cosmos simply would work in an offline mode... as it is, you can't even use any assets you have already downloaded. Why was it built this way?
