  • Cosmos does not download or import model

From today I am not able to download any new models from cosmos, and I can't even import in the scene the models I have already downloaded.
When I click on "download" button or "import" button" nothing happens. Just updated to the last version of Cosmos, nothing changes.

    Windows 11, 3dsMax 2022, Vray 6 update 1.1.

    Can someone help me?

    Thanks, cheers

Could you please contact the Chaos support team for resolving your issue - https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/
They will ask you to provide the following files:
        - C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos\cb.log
        - C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos\config.json

            Hi,
I'm using corona but I'm having the same problem with Chaos Cosmos, I assume this is some kind of login problem. Instead of avatar picture, there is "Sign in" text, nothing happens when I click it. But everything else works, I can render, online licensing is green etc.
If there's a solution, cna you share?

I think that's not the problem.

After contacting support and trying different solutions, nothing seemed to work. Eventually, the support representative connected remotely with AnyDesk and looked around a bit. From what I could see, he uninstalled Chaos Unified Login, and after that, when he tried to sign in, it finally opened the login page. After logging in, the issue was resolved. If anyone else encounters this problem, you may want to try this solution.
