models not visible in viewport when imported from Cosmos

Hello,

I have tried using the new models from Chaos Cosmos and they appear to download fine, however when I drag them across to the viewport the model does not appear. there is a the widget for move scale or rotate appears as if something is selected and the models name appears in the tool bar as if selected. But the model itself is not visible? I am using the latest version of 3DS Max 2021 as well as the latest version of Vray and the Chaos Cosmos browser.
