Objects stuck on 0% downloading?

This is the first time I've used Cosmos, however the two items I'm trying to download (Table outdoor 001 and Chair outdoor 001) are stuck on 0%. They're only 1.5mb each.
Any ideas?

for problems like that the best way to proceed would be to send the Cosmos Browser cb.log to our support team for further investigation.
You can find the cb.log file in this Windows directory: C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos
