Can not find downloaded files in the packages foloder

I have imported a file before, but I can not put it in the scene. When I place the downloaded file, there is nothing appear in the scene.
If I download new item, I can place them and I can find the item in the Packages folder.

I uninstalled and install again but it did not help.

Can you forward us the cb.log file located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos along with a screengrab containing the current Cosmos Browser version - you can find it when you open the Cosmos Browser and go to ... > About
