Cosmos not working with my student license

I have one year term V-ray EDU Collection. But I can't get any model from Cosmos. Is this correct? Is cosmos not available for educational licenses? I thought it would work with any license.

Can you please clarify a little bit here - are you able to open the Cosmos Browser at all? And if so, what happens when you try to download/import a model in your scene?

If possible, please also share the cb.log file located in: C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos
