Chaos Cosmo not working

Hi there,

Chaos Cosmo (latest update from today) does not load. Actually, it loaded once and then stopped.
I don t have any folder in C user document chaos cosmo.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

HI it_dept,

Can you forward us the cb.log file located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos so we can check if there are any errors or warnings printed? Moreover, have you tried re-installing V-Ray/Chaos Cosmos to see if that has fixed the issue? One of the major updates also required a restart of the machine, so if you were using an older version, you might wanna try that.
