Chaos cosmos works only under administrative access

Hello,

So I have Chaos Cosmos Browser downloaded on my pc and it detects it and lets me open it and download some assets but when I actually place the props it does not show it and it is invincible, but when I run it in administrative access, the program works and when I place a prop it shows it like how it is supposed to do. How come it only works from my end in administrative access? I work in a office environment and can't be giving admin access to everyone's 3ds max.
