Materials disappeared after update

I was mid-job and had materials available though unsorted.
I just applied the update on request and all materials have now disappeared, including the category for them.
What is the best way to get it back to 'normal' please?

Can you let us know exactly which V-Ray version you are using?
Also, tells us the exact version of the Cosmos Browser. You can see it in Cosmos Browser, section ...>About.

Hi fixeighted,
This is a very strange problem which we will work to investigate.

In the meanwhile, please, do the following:
1) Restart Cosmos Browser. You can do that by going to Control Panel and typing "Stop Cosmos Browser" and then "Start Cosmos Browser"
2)Close and start again 3ds Max.

Let us know if that doesn't solve the problem for you.

Nope, didn't work I'm afraid.

EDIT: A restart sorted it out. My system clock was also not updating properly for some bizarre reason, so that may have caused it.
