No thumbnails in browser

The Cosmos browser does not load thumbnails in the asset library. There are thumbnails only of downloaded objects. This problem cannot be solved. Any solution?

Hi Deyan,

The issue you report is due to problematic connection to the cloud CDN used to distribute the preview images of Cosmos assets.
One reason could be proxy-related limitations. Can you please, check with our system administrators to ensure the the following domains are whitelisted in your network:

• cosmos.chaos.com
• content-cdn.chaosgroup.com
• accounts.chaosgroup.com
• ssooauth.chaosgroup.com
• ssogateway.chaosgroup.com

If the problem is not proxy related, then it is due to some (temporary) problems connecting to the CDN which should be resolved automatically after some time.

Let us know of that is not the case and your problems persist.
