Multiple problems with installation / use

Hi,
i installed new vray with cosmos on all workstations in our company.
We used mapped network drive as shared resource folder, it only works on 1 PC, all others have to use UNC path instead.
Worst thing is that approx half of computers got this popup (see down), reinstalling doesn't work, resetting database doesn't work either.
The other half worked first, after some time same error message appears.

In the ticket, please attach the cb.log of the problematic installation.
By default, the cb.log is installed under C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos
