Asset tracking after reinstall

Hi, I have a problem with assets in my scenes after re-installation of windows and everything. I have to manually search for the assets I had imported previously and download them, change the paths etc. But the bigger problem is that sometimes the file names are different.. For example: I had the material for grass_39_30_150cm and the old files are named: 3af4c583_Diff_4k_srgb.tx while the new one is a6caed57_Diff_4k_srgb.tx
Is there a way to quickly locate the files?
