Asset "Couple Standing 001" not working

Hi,

I tried to use the "Couple Standing 001" asset from Chaos Cosmos, but when I download and import it, the object doesn't show in the scene. I mean, the object exists, but it's as if it's invisible. I could also not find the vray proxy file in my Chaos Cosmos download folder. Please see the screenshots below.

Max 2023.2.2 + Vray 6 Update 2.1 ( 6.20.06 )
