cannot import material

Hi,

I can download the 3d model and import it into 3ds Max with no problem, but I can download material but cannot import it into 3ds Max, when this happens it will make 3ds Max unresponding, I have to force 3ds Max to close using task manager, please help!

It really slow down my work flow...

Update: I can download and import HDRI too, in this case, only material got problem to import into my scene, or even a blank 3ds max file
