Cosmos wont run after any update

This happens to me every single time I have a chaos cosmos update.
Right after the update, our software Sentinel One blocks the app even though we already have it white-listed. Still, the process of updating the software triggers our antivirus. To resolve this, I have to do a mix of several things, such as completely delete V Ray, reboot machines, Delete program files related to V Ray, and everything else.
It is very frustrating and time-consuming. MY IT department showed me how the white list all software and how it shows there that Chaos Cosmos is open to access the internet, but when it does the update, something changes.

Do you have issues w/ Cosmos only or when updating other software too?

no the issue is always when I update cosmos. I am running 3D Max, then open Chosmos window, it shows that there is an update available, I click the button, then after a few second Sentinel one pops up and shows that it is blocking, Chosmos. After that chosmos windows becomes none resposive and after reboot 3D Max then it doesn't works.
Again, my IT department already opened the port for the Chosmos app, but it still gets blocked the next time there is an update.
