Drag and Drop doesn't work from main window

I'm using Vray 6 update 2.1 with Max 2023.3.3. I can't drag and drop anything from the main Cosmos browser. I can however drag and drop assets if I click on the asset and drag and drop from that window. I'd like to be able to drag from the main window though. any help would be appreciated.

From the screenshot showing the grid of assets – I can't see that they are downloaded – they are missing the blue check:


Are you sure that you've downloaded them first? You won’t be able to drag a not-yet-downloaded asset onto the scene.

No it doesn't work on the downloaded assets either. I actually need to click on them open their details and then I can drag and drop.

Did you try restarting 3ds Max?

Yes I did, this is a persistent issue.
