Asset thumbnails problem

The thumbnails of the assets look like this to me

Try whitelisting in your firewall/AV software the domains related to the Chaos Cosmos service:

• cosmos.chaos.com
• content-cdn.chaosgroup.com
• accounts.chaosgroup.com
• ssooauth.chaosgroup.com
• ssogateway.chaosgroup.com

add those addresses and it didn't work,
I disabled the firewall and it didn't work,
it only happens in corona cosmos, vray corona works correctly
