Can't login

When I click the user icon in the Cosmos interface, a web browser pops up, I log in, I see the message "You can now start using all the Chaos products you have licensed. You can close this window now." and... Cosmos doesn't work. I can't download resources and there is no information about the logged in user.
When I click the user icon again - a web browser pops up again...
What can I do???

When I finished writing the above post, everything started working... Maybe Cosmos needs some time to complete the login process...
