Cosmos not launching in 3dsMax and Vantage

Hi, I have a problem with the Cosmos browser, when I click on the icon it doesn't want to open in 3ds Max or in Vantage.
I can't access to the library and it's starting to impact my work.
I've tried many methods that I've found on youtube and on this forum...but none worked...
I have a different error in Max an in Vantage, as you can see in the captures bellow.

Please help

Hey Julian,

From the provided screenshots it is obvious that Cosmos service is down. The reason for this could be in the log file. Could you please create a new ticket into our support portal, attaching C:\Program Files\Common Files\Chaos\Cosmos\cb.log? Alternatively, you can send it to me in a Direct Message (DM). Do not post it here, as it may contain sensitive data. If you decide to send it to me over DM, keep in mind that the forum won’t allow you to upload it as is – you have to rename the file extension to .txt first.

I've looked in the file you mentioned and I think I found what's wrong :
