keep having problem with chaos cosmos on network

Hello,
I've been working with chaos cosmos since it came out. I'm in a company, so we use a network to work. We've always used cosmos since its release and everything worked fine, but since version vray 7.1, chaos cosmos refuses to work on a network. It worked fine before.
We've contacted chaos many times, tried all their solutions, but nothing works. We're desperate because local rendering is unthinkable - we have render farms.
We work with 3ds MAX 2025, vray 7. Any help would be welcome as we don't know what to do.

Hey there Richard,

I really regret to read that you have issues with Cosmos for so long and we were unable to help you. There are known issues with network locations that usually get fixed by restarting the system, because they seem to be some sort of OS bugs.

Can you please elaborate on refuses to work on a network. What are the exact symptoms, do you get any error messages and what are they.

Also, which V-Ray version were you using before upgrading to 7. Did you update Cosmos Browser before switching to V-Ray 7.

Also, can you tell us more about your network setup. I would also see your configuration and Cosmos logs. You can send them to me as a Private Message, because they might contain sensitive data. Make sure to rename the log files to .txt, otherwise the forum won't allow you to upload them.
