    Hey there guys!

    Wondering if anyone knows how to fix this little issue.

    Ps: I just uninstalled the Cosmos Browser and reinstalled the new version in the Chaos Website!

    I just uninstalled the Cosmos Browser and reinstalled the new version in the Chaos Website!
    I'm assuming you were able to work with the Cosmos Browser prior this step. Something with the installation might've messed up, I would suggest trying to make a clean re-install once again.
    Uninstall the Cosmos Browser by going to /Applications/ChaosGroup/ChaosCosmos/uninstall/Uninstall
    Make sure that the following folders no longer exist once you uninstall Chaos Cosmos:
    • ~/Library/ChaosGroup/ChaosCosmos
    • /Applications/ChaosGroup/ChaosCosmos/
    Then you can make a V-Ray install directly and Cosmos should be up and running.

    Let us know if that helped. If not, please forward us the cb.log file located in ~/Library/ChaosGroup/ChaosCosmos cb.log so we can check for any warnings or errors printed.

      Thank you for the quick response!

      Actually, it's the first time I'm trying to use the Cosmos Browser.
      I noticed the behaviour on R24 and R25 (using the nightly version).

      I did all the steps you mentioned, but no luck.

      Would you like me to send the cb.log for R24 and R25?

        I have the same issue on the macbook pro.

        Also with vray6 ...Are the any solutions yet?

          Hello tim_hansen,

          Did you try uninstalling the Cosmos Browser and then installing it again? If you haven't done that already, please follow the steps, described by Nikoleta above. If you have already reinstalled the Cosmos browser but the issue persists, please open a support ticket via our contact form and include the cb.log file. Please make sure to mention this thread in the body of the ticket. Thank you.

            I have the issue on my PC, and support is working. They told me to use a browser until they could figure it out.
