Can not import the AXYZ People

As stated in the title I am unable to import the AXYZ people.
estarting the Cosmos browser or c4d has proven unsuccessful.
My colleague has the same issue so I assume it is not exclusive to my system.

Do you experience this issue with specific AXYZ assets or with any assets by this vendor? Do you get any error messages? Would you mind sharing with us the log file and running diagnostics? Please go to ...> About to locate the log file and run diagnostics. Thank you.
