Cosmos extremly slow

I am not able to get new assets. First of all: its extremely slow! When I start to browse it seems to load, then after a while it switches to the downloaded assets.
Is it e general problem with the server?

We had some issues w/ the service at that time, but right now everything should be back to normal. Can you please confirm?
