Assets missing

I am trying to import an asset that has already been downloaded, but cosmos hangs on import. Is it possible to re-download an asset that is missing?

You could just delete all of that particular item and have it re-download the lot again....might solve the hang.

Currently, it is not possible to re-download an asset which has been downloaded already.
Can you explain more about why you are trying to do this? Was there a problem with the download the first time?

Hi Ana & Kalina, I think the issue was something hardware related on my end. I did a fresh install of Windows, Revit, and Vray, and everything works well now. One minor issue I am having is that sometimes Cosmos Browser tab is greyed out, but after stopping it and restarting it from the Services app the issue is resolved.
