Chaos Cosmos Browser failed to load even after many attempts to fix.

Good evening,
When I start Chaos Cosmos this message appears: "Chaos Cosmos Browser failed to load. Please try restarting its process".
I tried to:
1) use stop and start Chaos Cosmos;
2) run as administrator the "cbservice" in the computer folder;
3) re-install more than once both vray for revit and Cosmos (also in the previous versions).

After these steps nothing changed.

I add that now I have the latest versions of both software (and the problems start when I downloaded the new ones).

Can you please create an issue here: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us and attach your cb.log and config.json files, located at C:\Program files\Common files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos ?
