Update and Asset dir doesn't work.

Hi,
Every time when there's a new update, the update button doesn't work. It shows the update in progress animation but I even tried to leave it overnight, it does not do anything.
Another issue is I can't change the Asset Download Folder. I click on change and nothing happens. My solution was to delete everything and install again but again there's the prompt of a new update and nothing happens.
Is it just me or is this common?

Setup: Vray 6 for Rhino 7

What you've reported is definitely not normal. But in order to assist you and check what's wrong, we will need some logs.

Since logs contain sensitive information and it's not OK to share them publicly, can you please create an issue in our tickets system and attach your cb.log and config.json files (located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos) as well as the installer log (located in C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\Temp\install er_debug.log)?
