Cosmos user experience is horrendous. When will you fix it?!!

I've been using V-Ray for years. The UX has always left me wanting but this latest version with Cosmos is terrible!! The idea is nice, but incredibly poorly executed!

Is there a way to ditch this and go back to local materials that just work until you put out this dumpster fire? Even when I download all assets, I still have to browse for them in the crapy cosmos browser it takes forever. Why so many clicks? WTF is this nonsense?

Adding to the pain, almost every time I start the browser I'm met with:

Cosmos Browser failed to load. Please try restarting its process.

Almost every time I proceed to either download the latest update or if I have the latest update, trawl through your troubleshooting page hoping something helps. Often it doesn't.

EVERY TIME!!! This takes up so much valuable time and kills my workflow!

What am I paying so much money for exactly? Please tell me this is something you are actively working to improve because it is mind-bogglingly bad.

I just want to apply some materials and start rendering. Is that so much to ask for over 600 euros a year?
