"Must update Chaos Cosmos before importing" Sketch up 2020- trouble importing assets from Cosmos

Just downloaded V-ray for sketch up 2020 and can not import assets from cosmos library. I am able to download the assets just not import. When I hit import It says I need to update the cosmos browser however I have no idea how to update it. I am on MacOS

Same here, can't use Cosmos, while need to finish my project!

Hi all,
There was a temporary problem with the Chaos Cosmos services which is resolved now, and asset import should work.
Please, check and let us know if the problems persist.
