Blank screen chaos cosmos

Hi,
Since I've installed the latest version of Vray, it is impossible to reach chaos cosmos inside Sketchup. A blank screen appears.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing such issues.
Have you tried making a clean re-install to see if the issue persists?

Is it possible to provide us with the cb.log file located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ChaosCosmos so we can check for any errors printed?

I'll post an update here - after a remote session, it appeared that the Cosmos Browser was showing, but assets could not be downloaded.
Looking through the Cosmos Browser's Settings, it turned out that the assets download directory was not properly configured. Placing the default directory fixed the issue.
